Mindful Makers: Clay & Calm

Get your hands messy and your heart grounded in this hands-on mindfulness workshop for kids ages 8–12. We’ll explore emotions through clay, practice calming breathwork, and create one-of-a-kind pieces to take home. No art experience needed—just a curious mind and a willingness to play!

Pause + Play: A Family Thoughtshop

Join us for a morning of connection, creativity, and calm designed for families with kids ages 5–10. Through playful activities, simple mindfulness practices, and our signature Chocolate Meditation, you’ll learn easy tools to bring more peace and presence into everyday life.
