Mindfulness-based workshops using games, activities, and original tools like the Chocolate Meditation to help students develop emotional awareness and resilience.
Thoughtshops for Grownups
Beginner-friendly and experiential mindfulness workshops for adults looking to learn (or return to) accessible, real-world practices for calm, clarity, and self-awareness.
Thoughtful Theater
A mindful musical theater experience where students act, sing, and explore characters’ emotions using the Play & Pause strategy to toggle between self-expression and self-reflection.
Thoughtful Threads
A mindful crafting class that uses hands-on projects—like weaving, beadwork, or clay—to promote emotional regulation, presence, and creative flow.
Thoughtful Artists
A visual arts-based class where students use drawing, painting, and mixed media to express emotions and build inner calm through mindful observation and artistic exploration.
Thoughtful Authors
A mindfulness-centered creative writing experience focused on introspection, storytelling, and expressive language development.
