Meet Jen

Founder of The Youthought Project, Jen brings over 40 years of experience as a teacher, performer, and director to her work with students of all ages. With degrees in performing arts and education—and certification in mindfulness from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center—Jen blends creativity and compassion into every offering. Her background in theater, music, and mindfulness has inspired a one-of-a-kind approach to social-emotional learning that’s playful, powerful, and deeply personal.
